Our Process
From the moment you contact Idaho Family Real Estate, we are asking questions to identify your homeownership needs and goals. After getting basic information about any existing financing, we’ll work together to identify what your ideal home looks like. This includes location, budget, age, amenities, and more. Next we will meet with you to discuss how the process works and formalize any agreements.
Soon the search begins for homes that best match the information you’ve provided us with. All matching properties are passed along to you to view online or drive by. When the list is narrowed down and you have identified your favorites, we’ll schedule in-person viewings of the homes.
Once you have decided on a home, Idaho Family Real Estate handles all of the paperwork including the purchase contract, addendums, counter-offers, and inspection contingencies. You will also be provided with the seller’s property disclosures.
After the offer is accepted, a home inspection will be scheduled and we will notate any repairs requests you may have. We handle every part of the closing process including escrow, final walk-throughs, and securing the date you’ll receive the keys to your new home.
